Payment Instructions

Please complete your registration form first. Then, proceed with one of the following payment methods:

1. Order Form Payment (Bon de commande)

  • Complete the online registration form and select “Order Form” as your payment method.
  • The organizing committee will email you a proforma invoice (devis) and an official letter of invitation to facilitate your administrative process.
  • Once you receive the approved order form from your institution, email a scanned copy to [sime.conf@gmail.com] for preliminary verification.
  • You must present the original order form to the registration desk upon your arrival at the conference hotel. Your registration will not be finalized until this original document is received.
  • Deadline: The scanned copy of the approved order form must be received before October 1, 2026 to secure your registration.

2. For bank transfers:

  • Complete the online registration form and select “Bank Transfer” as your payment method.
  • The organizing committee will e-mail you a proforma invoice (devis) and the bank transfer details.
  • Once the bank transfer is made, E-mail a copy (screenshot or scan) of the confirmation receipt to [sime.conf@gmail.com] with:
    • Subject line: Payment Confirmation – [Registration ID]
    • Reference note: [Registration ID] + Attendee Name

Important Deadlines & Policies

  • Payment Deadline: All payments must be completed and confirmed by October 1, 2026.
  • Payment Receipts: Official receipts will be available for pickup on-site at the conference or can be requested via email after payment is processed.
  • Registration Security: Your registration is only secured once payment is received and confirmed by our finance team.
