The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

A Microsoft CMT account (username and password) is necessary to submit a paper.

All papers and invited session proposals must be submitted electronically using the Submission Portal.

All submissions will be subjected to a rigorous double-blind peer-review process by at least three members of the international Technical Program Committee.

Submissions will be evaluated based on:
