All submissions will be subjected to a rigorous double-blind peer-review process by at least three members of the international Technical Program Committee.

Submissions will be evaluated based on:

• Originality and novelty of the contribution.
• Technical soundness and validity of the results.
• Relevance to the scope of the conference.
• Clarity, organization, and quality of the writing.
• Awareness of related work and appropriate citation.
