Invitation Letters for Visa Applications

An official Letter of Invitation is available to assist participants with their visa application process. Please note that this letter is provided solely to support your visa application and does not imply any financial commitment from the conference organizers.

How to Receive Your Invitation Letter

  • During registration, you will be asked: “Do you need a letter of invitation?”
  • If you select “Yes,” the invitation letter will be automatically generated and emailed to you after you have completed registration and payment.
  • The letter will specify your role (e.g., Presenter, Attendee) based on your registration type.

Important Advice for All Visa Applicants:

  • Visa processing times vary. We strongly recommend requesting your invitation letter and applying for your visa as early as possible.
  • Verify visa requirements with your local embassy or consulate before applying.
  • The conference organizers cannot intervene in visa processes or communicate with embassies on behalf of participants.
