We are delighted to welcome you to this year’s edition of the SIME conference at a luxurious hotel in the beautiful coastal city of Sousse, Tunisia. The conference center is a multi-venue building located at Sentido Bellevue Park Hotel.
The Sentido Bellevue Park is an elegant 5-star beach hotel that offers a unique blend of modern design and oriental charm. Directly located on a fine sandy beach in Port El Kantaoui, it provides a superb setting for both work and relaxation. The hotel features a large sports, leisure, and entertainment programme, as well as an exclusive spa and wellness centre where you can unwind after a day of conferences.
The hotel offers a variety of comfortable and well-appointed rooms to suit all needs. All rooms offer amenities such as bathrobes and slippers (upon request), and towel changes three times a week.

An official Letter of Invitation is available to assist participants with their visa application process. Please note that this letter is provided solely to support your visa application and does not imply any financial commitment from the conference organizers.
How to Receive Your Invitation Letter
- During registration, you will be asked: “Do you need a letter of invitation?”
- If you select “Yes,” the invitation letter will be automatically generated and emailed to you after you have completed registration.
- The letter will specify your role (e.g., Presenter, Attendee) based on your registration type.
Important Advice for All Visa Applicants:
- Visa processing times vary. We strongly recommend requesting your invitation letter and applying for your visa as early as possible.
- Verify visa requirements with your local embassy or consulate before applying.
- The conference organizers cannot intervene in visa processes or communicate with embassies on behalf of participants.
