We invite the submission of original research papers, written in English, for presentation at the conference. All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure high-quality contributions.
- Length: 4 to 6 pages in the standard IEEE conference double-column format (Click here to dowload the templates).
- References: Up to 8 references must be included.
- Review Process: Submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer review to evaluate technical merit and content.
- Presentation Requirement: Accepted papers must be presented at the conference by one of the authors to be included in the proceedings.
- Presentation Format: Authors are expected to give a concise 10-minute presentation of their work.
- Submission System: All papers must be submitted electronically via the Submission Portal.
- Submission Deadline: March 01, 2026.
- Publication: Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
