HOW TO REGISTER ?

Registration Now Open for IEEE SIME 2026!

Registration is a simple two-step process:

  1. Complete the online registration form at: https://sime-conf.org/register-now/
  2. Proceed with payment (select Bank Transfer or other options during registration).

For Bank Transfers:

  • Select “Bank Transfer” as your payment method.
  • The organizing committee will email you a proforma invoice (devis) and bank transfer details.
  • Once the bank transfer is made, email a copy of the confirmation receipt to sime.conf@gmail.com with:
    • Subject line: Payment Confirmation – [Paper ID]
    • Reference note: [Paper ID] + Attendee Name

âš  Payment Deadline: All payments must be completed and confirmed by October 1, 2026. Your registration is only secured once payment is received and confirmed by our finance team.
