Call for Special Sessions

We invite recognised experts and senior researchers to propose and chair cohesive, focused sessions. This is your opportunity to curate a dedicated forum on a pressing or emerging theme within medical technology or engineering.

What we are looking for:

• Proposals for 90-minute sessions, typically containing 3-5 presentations.
• Compelling themes that address current challenges, future trends, or interdisciplinary intersections.
• Sessions that promise to stimulate discussion and attract a significant audience.

Your proposal should include:

• Proposed Title: A clear and engaging title for the session.
• Session Chairs: Names, affiliations, and short bios of the proposed chair(s).
• Abstract/Rationale: (200-500 words) Explain the session’s theme, its scientific and practical significance, and its relevance to the conference.
• List of Potential Speakers: While not mandatory, including 2-3 confirmed or targeted speakers with tentative titles significantly strengthens your proposal.
• Format: Indicate if you envision a traditional presentation session, a panel discussion, or a hybrid format.

• fill in the form inside the following MS Word file and upload it to the Submission Portal
• respect the deadline for submission which is fixed to February 01, 2026.

The proposals should be submitted before February 01, 2026.
