All reviews must be submitted through our conference management system:

You will receive an email notification when papers are assigned to you. Please log in regularly to check for new assignments.

Review Criteria

Please evaluate submissions based on the following criteria:

📊 Technical Quality

  • Soundness of methodology
  • Technical correctness
  • Appropriateness of experiments
  • Validity of results

💡 Originality & Innovation

  • Novelty of contribution
  • Significance to the field
  • Advancement beyond existing work

📝 Presentation & Clarity

  • Organization and structure
  • Clarity of writing
  • Quality of figures and tables
  • Proper use of references

Rating Scale

Please use the following rating scale for your evaluations:

Score Description Recommendation
5 – Excellent Outstanding paper, significant contribution, well-written Strong Accept
4 – Good Good paper with valuable contributions Accept
3 – Fair Reasonable paper but with some weaknesses Weak Accept / Borderline
2 – Poor Significant flaws or limited contribution Reject
1 – Very Poor Serious flaws, inappropriate for conference Strong Reject

Writing Effective Reviews

Review Structure

  1. Summary: Briefly summarize the paper’s contributions
  2. Strengths: Highlight what the paper does well
  3. Weaknesses: Identify areas for improvement
  4. Specific Comments: Provide detailed feedback
  5. Confidential Comments: For committee eyes only

Best Practices

  • Be constructive and respectful in your comments
  • Provide specific suggestions for improvement
  • Focus on the work, not the authors
  • Check for originality and proper citations
  • Ensure your review is comprehensive but concise
Note: Your reviews should help authors improve their work, regardless of your recommendation. Even for papers you recommend for rejection, provide constructive feedback that authors can use to strengthen their research.

Confidentiality & Ethics

  • All submissions are confidential documents
  • Do not distribute or discuss papers with others
  • Declare conflicts of interest immediately
  • Maintain professional and objective language
  • Report suspected plagiarism or ethical concerns

Certificate of Recognition

To receive your Certificate of Recognition, you must complete a minimum of 3 paper reviews. Certificates will be distributed electronically after the review process is complete.
