• Submission System: All papers must be submitted electronically via the Submission Portal..
• Review Process: Submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer review to evaluate technical merit and content.
• Publication: All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
• Presentation Requirement: Accepted papers must be presented at the conference by one of the authors to be included in the proceedings.
