The International Conference on Smart Innovations for Medicine and Engineering SIME 2026 will take place as an in-person event from November 02 – 04, 2026. While we encourage physical attendance to foster networking and collaboration, remote participation option will be available for authors who are unable to travel internationally. Virtual presenters will have the opportunity to share their work and engage with the conference audience online.
Participation conditions
- To appear in the SIME 2026 Proceedings, the author of an accepted paper must register for the conference.
- Each accepted paper must be presented at the conference by one author, unless the Technical Program Committee Chairs approve a substitute (agreed upon prior to the event) who is qualified to both present and answer questions.
- At least one of the authors named on the paper must register for SIME 2026.
- The conference will be designed and prepared as both an online and a face-to-face event.

1. For bank transfers:
- Complete the online registration form and select “Bank Transfer” as your payment method.
- The organizing committee will e-mail you a proforma invoice (devis) and the bank transfer details.

Important Deadlines & Policies
- Payment Deadline: All payments must be completed and confirmed by September 1, 2026.
- Payment Receipts: Official receipts will be available for pickup on-site at the conference or can be requested via email after payment is processed.
