🔧 Setup Required

Open SIME2026_Tracker_Auth.html in a text editor and complete these steps:

1. Replace the 7 PASTE_YOUR_…_HERE Firebase values
2. Update the ACCOUNTS emails to your real committee emails
3. In Firebase Console → Authentication → Sign-in method → Enable Email/Password
4. Create 5 accounts: Authentication → Users → Add user
5. Go to Realtime Database → Rules → paste the rules from the HTML comments → Publish
