Templates for Authors

The submitted papers should follow the usual IEEE paper format for conferences (two-columns, 10 point, Times New Roman).

For your convenience, templates are available for:

• LaTeX, and
• MS Word.

Call for Contributed Papers

We invite the submission of original research papers, written in English, for presentation at the conference. All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure high-quality contributions.

• Length: 4 to 6 pages in the standard IEEE conference double-column format (Click here to dowload the templates).
• References: Up to 8 references must be included.
• Review Process: Submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer review to evaluate technical merit and content.
• Presentation Requirement: Accepted papers must be presented at the conference by one of the authors to be included in the proceedings.
• Presentation Format: Authors are expected to give a concise 10-minute presentation of their work.
• Submission System: All papers must be submitted electronically via the Submission Portal.

• Publication: Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.

Call for Special Sessions

We invite proposals for Special Sessions and Workshops aimed at researchers, practitioners and engineers, focusing on new topics or innovative applications in industrial and medical practices and emerging technologies.

Each session / Workshop will include 4 to 6 presentations centered around practical, real-world applications and technological advancements.

To submit your proposal, please fill in the form inside the following MS Word file, convert it as PDF, and upload the generated PDF to the Conference Management System via the Submission Portal.
